Asylum-Appeal

If your asylum is refused and you have been issued with a deportation order to leave the country. Remember, you have the right to appeal against your asylum claim refusal and you should always ask for the decision with reasons. Then you can appeal the decision in the first tier tribunal under the legal grounds by challenging home office decision that either the Home Office decision is wrong or unfair. Sometimes you can argue that the Home Office decision is dispropotionate or biased where your human rights are being breached too under article 14 of European Rights.
